These eye shadows can be applied wet or dry. The colour is very vibrant when applied wet, simply wet your brush with Heavenly Naturals Mix Drops, and dip it into the pigment. When used wet, they make a fantastic eye liner. Just apply with your Sigma SS266 Small Angle Brush.
